All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our business (live events, digital ticketing, and entertainment services), Jersey Acoustic (DBA of Beyti Kebab LLC) enforces a strict No Return / No Refund Policy.
Tickets & Admissions: All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations permitted once a purchase is complete.
Non-Attendance: No refunds will be issued for customers who do not attend the scheduled event or pickup for any reason.
Event Cancellation In the rare event that a show or service is cancelled by Jersey Acoustic, we will contact you via email regarding rescheduling or potential refund options at our sole discretion.
