Jersey Acoustic (DBA of Beyti Kebab LLC) operates primarily as an event and service provider. As such, we do not offer physical shipping via mail carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS) for tickets or event passes.
Fulfillment Methods All purchases are fulfilled via one of the following methods:
Digital Delivery (E-Tickets):
Upon successful purchase, tickets or access passes will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive your confirmation immediately.
Venue Pickup (Will Call):
If applicable, items or physical passes may be picked up directly at the venue on the day of the event.
Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation number to claim your purchase.
Lost Digital Tickets If you have lost your digital ticket email, please contact us immediately at info@jerseyacoustic.com with your order details, and we will reissue the confirmation.
